Several newer technologies are in the promising list to increase network agility, like Network Virtualization (NV) which we are talking about, Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), and Software Defined Networking (SDN).Basically all the functionality is isolated from the hardware and simulated as if it is real, they are “virtual instance”.
